I’ve been working on a ton of RAKs. I’m hoping to start mailing them out next week. You’d think it would be a fairly simple job but I just seem to have a knack for making easy things difficult. I call it…a gift.

Anyway, as I was saying, I’ve been working on several RAKs. Today, I’m going to share one that I’ve made for a friend. I still can’t name names because I am totally cheating and showing the cards before I send. Disgusting…I know. But I need something to post!!!

You see, right now I’m driving to Austin so I can meet up with ma girlz so we can see New Moon tomorrow!!

While we’re waiting for New Moon to release, how about we enjoy my other favorite vamp series…

The Vampire Diaries…

Haaaaay Damon! Haaaayyyy!!!!

The Vampire Diaries…on tonight! Can’t wait!!!

Oh, yeah…we were talking about RAKs. Sorry…got distracted there for a minute.

I adore this card! I used the Just For You stamp set from Verve Stamps. I really love that company. Julee makes such elegant stamps and sentiments!! The designer paper is Organic Marigold by BoBunny. I paired it with Certainly Celery and Soft Suede by Stampin’ Up!.

My photo editing wasn’t so great here. The colors are more accurate above. Anyway, I used Really Rust and Certainly Celery for the leaves in this circle. The sentiment is stamped in Versafine Onyx and embossed with clear powder. The dotted rim is in Soft Suede.

The gem rhinestones are Stampin’ Up!. I have a friend that I think will adore the colors in this card. They are definitely colors I see her use often. I hope she likes it!!

And this is the inside. That’s the flip side of the Marigold. Isn’t it lovely? Ok, that’s all from me today!
