I’m glad you are back up and running!!
Hey, how do you get the little buttons at the bottom of your posts girlie? They are adorable.
Oh, and I’m a Flickr pro user and I adore Flickr! It’s easy to use and set up. Just make sure you know how you want things before you start uploading because after the fact it’s a real PITA to go back and alter the permissions — as I have learned!

Those are from Sociable. They are designed for Wordpress blogs. And everybody LISTEN to what the Snarky Lady is saying!! I, too, have learned about that serious PITA if you change your permissions later. All your pics mess up!!! So make your mind up FIRST.
You and I have talked a lot about all of this and these are good tips. I know that back up thing is a hassle and easy to forget to do but it’s so important especially if you have a well established blog. I can’t tell you how many people I know that have lost all or part of their blog. And your other tips are good too. Though, you know I’m a Mac girl but I have used Live Writer and it’s a very handy tool. It’s SOOO important that you find a backup service that works for your style and use it!! (And Apple does offer a lot of the same things you mentioned… you know for those with a PC aversion.

Hehe, you can try all you like but that’s one thing you are never going to get me to change my mind about. It’s just to ingrained since I was very young. And seeing as Chris is in advertising we’ll always have an Apple/Mac of some sort.
Ah, bygones.

We can’t all be perfect right??? hehehe…I remember working on an Apple Mac in 8th grade. When, in Texas, they first implemented computer classes as a necessity. Otherwise our small school probably wouldn’t have ever done it. Well, that is until Microsoft provided all the free ones. I remember thinking Print Shop was the bomb.
Oh, I forgot to add… I’m SOOOO happy to see this back up!!

Thanks sooooo much for the tips! I’ve got my template backed up as well as all my pics, but I’m definitely going to start exporting my blog posts.
