Gorjuss Girls (Do You Have Some?)

Are you familiar with the fab line of Gorjuss Girls? I recently purchased some of these images and wanted to share with you the first card I made with them!!
This card was completely inspired by my friend Gayle who sent me this back in March. I used her great color scheme on this card. I’ve used acetate on this card:
It’s really hard to take pictures of acetate. But I wanted you to get the idea of how it is shiny. This acetate is printed with the pink and black dots. It overlays a piece of textured white cardstock (SU!).
Here’s my Gorjuss Girl. I used my SWMs to color her.
And an update…
I got my craft area moved!! Here’s the new space:
See the ribbon on the floor? I’ve got to order some proper storage for that. I’ve now got lots of table space with all my tools close at hand!
Here’s a little extra space for my wheels (I never use), my die cuts and embossing stuff, and my coloring mediums.
I can’t believe it. I managed to get all my stamps on this one shelf! Life is good…
And my paper! This is my unused paper. I actually have a file of scraps I use and it’s under the table above to have close on hand!

Ummm… total stamps or Gorjuss Girls??? I think I got three or four of the GGs. But the others…a LOT. And I have quite a few unmounted as well. Which are way easier to store!!! I’m a stamping addict.

The trick to coloring black hair is to use GRAY!!! I read that on the absolutely marvelous Mary Ann’s (www.ilikemarkers.blogspot.com) Copic blog. I’ll feature some hints on that in a future post.
