As a lot of you may be aware, and you are if you are seeing my blog right now, I’ve suffered a massive setback.

At approximately midnight Wednesday, my new hosting service, www.justhost.com, lost a server. After much fuss all day Thursday, Just Host finally sent me this email at 10:41 p.m.:

We regret to inform you that HDD drives on web39 machine was crushed and cannot be recovered.

We used the latest backup to restore all accounts to the new server web61.justhost.com.

The latest backup was created some time ago and all email, files uploaded into the account after the latest backup cycle was finished are lost.

I am very sorry for the inconveniences.

Also, I found that backup for your account is corrupted and we can’t restore your data from it.

I’ve lost all my data. I’m devastated. Some of you who follow me on Twitter or Facebook probably already know. However, I felt it necessary to share with all my readers so you would know what is happening.

I am currently working non-stop to recover my site back to it’s former state. I’m frustrated, but I’m persevering. My readers mean the world to me…please be patient with me. My site might be intermittently down or look weird. I promise you…I’m working on it. I’ve bought space at the more reliable GoDaddy.com and have help from my dear, sweet, supportive husband. I thank God I have him right now. His knowledge and strength are my rock. (Thank you and I love you, Kenn!)

Thank you so much to all of you who’ve offered me encouragement, support, and prayer. It is your kind words that have kept me from just quitting. I love you all. Sincerely.
